Afternoon. First and foremost, I would like to welcome you to our
Media Email Newsletter. We will try to keep you informed on all the
pertinent promotional and advertising opportunities available with
Nightlyfe as well as keeping you abreast on all the vital media news
as it relates to our various enterprises.
Nightlyfe
is continuing to go through a cocoon phase in the evolution of our
business. We started out as a print magazine publisher but quickly
noticed the vibrancy of providing our unique brand of content over a
variety of mediums. In January 2007 we re-launched our website to take
advantage of these new mediums and continue to roll out additional
features that enhance our presence and provide our media and
advertising partners with solid promotional opportunities.
Nightlyfe is currently going through its third metamorphosis into a
digital cable TV channel. We feel that in today's world, this
particular medium along with a top notch website and solid
complimentary magazine publication will give us the best venue for
success.
Nightlyfe
Radio is already garnering a good listener base. Nightlyfe Music will
launch in Mid April, and Nightlyfe TV (online) will start offering
original content in May.
We have
completely revamped our media kit and subsequently our rate card too.

Nightlyfe
is establishing a title sponsor for our E-ZINE Editions. Starting in
May 2007, Nightlyfe will start offering our entire print issue online.
We have partnered with NTX Books to develop the best online platform
for delivering print content.
The
Nightlyfe E-ZINE Sponsorship will be offered at a rate of $4,000
per E-ZINE Issue.
This
includes the front page title sponsorship ad, Banner ads on the E-ZINE
page that month, back page ad sponsorship and custom page click ad for
the E-ZINE section.
