3. FORGING
A NEW FRONTIER
Nightlyfe TV is currently working out syndication agreements with one
(1) cable and one (1) broadcast network.
Prior to our HD channel launch in late 2008.
Nightlyfe will be syndicating certain original programming of ours on
these networks under the guise of “Nightlyfe
TV”.
We have 5 shows in particular that will be fused into one cohesive
program and presented as "Nightlyfe TV". These shows are,
Venues, Live @
the Club, Profiles, The Bar & House
Nation. The program will be very stylish and semi-fast
paced, laced with an appropriate sound and wonderfully shot in HD. It
will be a 60 minute program with several advertising opportunities.

for 3 months of Jan/Feb/March 2008 period, then your VIP Status is
valid through March 2009.
